Often, we notice that things are not all they could be through our relationships with others. Maybe we struggle to talk to the object of our affections, or maybe, having snared them, we find communication all but dries up once we start spending the majority of our spare time in their company. Our approach to others is a reflection of ourselves. We may find ourselves being cold, mean and un-affectionate; this is often due to trust, self-worth or intimacy issues.
Whilst we cannot control (nor should we want to) another person, we can choose how we react, and we can explore and address why we fear being loved, intimacy, or the loss of another, all can be equally crippling, and there are certainly better ways to run our relationships. We want to be able to relax, to be ourselves, to lean in to the more uncomfortable parts of ourselves and our partners or friends.
We want to be able to identify openly, how we feel, what we feel, and why. In any relationship communication is the key, but so frequently; we have no idea where to begin. We may not even be sure we know what we like, or want, or even if we can trust our own desires. We may find liberation in exploring fetish, dynamics and alternative approaches to sex, but we must be free to experiment without feeling that we must then pigeon hole ourselves. We are multi-faceted, and our moods, kinks and needs will vary with every passing moment.
In our journey of self discovery, we are absolutely free to feel and say whatever we wish, to experiment and investigate, to challenge and question our thoughts and feelings. We will learn to read our own intuition, our bodies, and our emotions, without fear of judgement or reprisal.
Through our sessions, we can explore such things as:
Boundaries in relationships
Honesty and communication
Parenting and/or Family Dynamics
Couples Counselling
Igniting passion
Sexual Performance: Anxiety, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, difficulty achieving orgasm, painful sex
Sexual self-esteem
Sex addiction
Porn addiction
Desire conflict
Low or hyper libido
Sexual Orientation
BDSM, Kink, and Alt Sex
Sex work
Sexual abuse
Sex and disability, illness, cancer and ageing
Sex after trauma, mental health issues or physical changes
